PHARONICGROUP

We strengthen how companies invest, buy and grow.

Pharonic Group is a Kuwait-based firm working across corporate finance, strategic sourcing and venture investment. Our founders bring engineering leadership and industrial risk analysis, so we understand how businesses earn, where their costs sit and what their operations really need.

Three divisions, one foundation

Three divisions, one foundation

Each tier of our mark is a part of the business. Most clients come to us for one of them and find a reason to use another.

The foundation

Corporate Finance & Portfolio Advisory

We help companies put their capital to work and keep more of what they earn. That means building investment portfolios matched to the business, and restructuring the cost base so revenue turns into profit, with particular depth in industrial and engineering companies.

Portfolio structuring
Asset allocation designed around your liquidity needs, risk appetite and return targets, not a generic model.
Cost and margin optimisation
A line-by-line review of operating costs, supplier contracts and overheads to find savings that hold up over time.
Cash flow and treasury planning
Forecasting and working-capital planning so cash is available when the business needs it, and invested when it doesn’t.
Performance reporting
Clear, regular reporting against the targets we agree at the start, so you always know where things stand.

The connection

Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Intermediation

We identify what a business needs and find the right party to supply it. Acting as an independent intermediary, we connect companies and individuals with vetted suppliers of products and services, and manage the process until the deal is done. Our engineering background makes us especially effective in industrial and construction procurement: equipment, materials, pipe and water systems, and technical services.

Needs assessment
We work with your team to define the requirement precisely: specification, volume, budget and timeline.
Supplier identification and vetting
We source options through our network and check capability, track record and commercial terms before anything reaches you.
Negotiation and deal structuring
We negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery conditions on your behalf.
Transaction coordination
One point of contact from the first introduction through contract, delivery and follow-up.

The apex

Venture Capital & Startup Development

We invest in early-stage companies and work alongside founders to build them. Our finance and sourcing work gives startups more than capital: practical support with costs, suppliers and the numbers investors look for. We are especially drawn to industrial and engineering-led startups, where our sector knowledge adds the most.

Early-stage investment
Selective investment in startups with a clear market, a capable team and a credible path to revenue.
Venture building
Hands-on support with business models, go-to-market planning and early operations.
Founder advisory
Financial modelling, fundraising readiness and preparation for investor conversations.
Co-investment
Opportunities for partners and investors to participate alongside us in selected deals.

Grounded in the industrial sector

Industrial businesses are capital-intensive, technically demanding and exposed to risks most advisers never see up close. That is the ground our founders know best.

Between us we have founded and led engineering companies and analysed industrial and energy risk at an institutional level. We bring that experience to every mandate, whether we are reviewing a cost base, sourcing equipment or assessing a startup.

Our hands-on experience is strongest in industrial pipe systems, water treatment and sanitation. Because these systems run through industrial plants, commercial buildings and homes alike, we also work closely with the construction sector, supporting developers, contractors and homeowners with system selection, sourcing and supply at each stage of a build.

Sectors we know well

  • Energy and oil & gas
  • Electrical and power systems
  • Pipe systems and water treatment
  • Sanitation and plumbing
  • Construction and home building
  • Infrastructure and utilities
We speak the technical language
We can read specifications, technical requirements and project scopes, so sourcing and investment decisions are made on substance, not on price alone.
We know where industrial costs sit
Materials, energy, maintenance, logistics and downtime. We know which of these can be reduced without putting operations at risk.
We see risk early
Experience analysing energy and industrial risk means operational, supply-chain and counterparty issues are identified before they become expensive.
We have built industrial companies ourselves
Our advice comes from founders who have run engineering businesses, not only from analysis.
We build portfolios around the business
Allocation shaped by each company’s liquidity needs, risk appetite and goals, backed by rigorous research rather than market noise.
We broker on our client’s side
As an intermediary we represent our clients’ interests, finding the right counterparties and negotiating terms that hold up over time.
We open doors
Business development that identifies new markets, partners and revenue opportunities, and turns introductions into signed agreements.
We read markets professionally
Institutional experience in market intelligence and risk analysis means every decision rests on evidence and an honest view of risk.

Backed by financial and market expertise

Whatever the sector, good decisions come down to capital, cost and risk. That is where our financial and commercial expertise sits.

Our background spans investment and finance, institutional market intelligence and independent equity research. We use it to build portfolios, structure and broker deals, and develop new business for the companies we work with.

What we bring

  • Portfolio construction and advisory
  • Investment and equity research
  • Cost and revenue optimisation
  • Commercial brokering
  • Business development
  • Deal structuring
  • Market and risk intelligence
Built the way the pyramids were: a wide, careful base, then upward.

Our name comes from the pyramids, structures that have lasted because their foundations were right. We apply the same idea to every business we work with.

First we make the base solid: capital that is properly invested and costs that are under control. Then we help the business reach further, through better suppliers, new partnerships and new ventures.

How we work

The same disciplined process applies whether we’re reviewing a portfolio, sourcing a supplier or backing a startup.

  1. Understand

We start with your numbers, contracts and objectives, not a template.

  2. Structure

A clear plan with defined targets, costs and timelines that you approve before we begin.

  3. Execute

We carry out the work: rebalancing, renegotiating, sourcing or investing.

  4. Review

Regular reporting against the agreed targets, and adjustments where the results call for them.

Tell us what your business needs.

A portfolio review, a supplier you haven’t been able to find, or a startup looking for backing. Every engagement starts with a conversation.
